Zinke thinks this is a tempest in a teapot, or, more specifically, "BS". He said that. Know what you could have done on that back to back speeches trip? Either get them to schedule your speeches another time, or don't give one of them.

Just out of my own ignorance, can a sitting Cabinet Secretary be paid a speaking fee? I'm assuming not, but now I want to know.
