Basically, do you think the Graham-Cassidy bill is creating a real-world likelihood that in any practical sense, pre-existing conditions will effectively end up without coverage?

I auto assume all these bills decimate protections for pre existing conditions. Nothing in the article changes my mind on that. I admit my biases though.
