Dinner - tomato tart. This hot weather is bad for other things, but my cherry tomatoes are all going gangbusters.

Blind baked crust, cooled; spread a thin layer of dijon mustard, about 3-4oz. coarsely shredded old gruyere, some fresh chives (minced) - also from garden, fresh thyme; all the tomatoes. Bake at 400 about 20 minutes. Nom.

    Those are either very tiny tomatoes, or an enormous tart. Either way, it looks delicious!

    All various kinds of cherry tomatoes, including currant sized ones.
