Gee, thanks for sharing your contract negotiations with the entire population of this Barnes and Noble coffee shop, Mr. Course Instructor.
I have ear buds in. Because I'm reviewing an online course with a person speaking about their slides. And I could have transcribed his conversation on his phone verbatim. Both sides of it because his phone was turned up so loudly. Irony - he tells the woman he's speaking with at some point that sometimes his phone doesn't ring loudly enough to hear it. !!!!!!!! Dude, get your hearing checked.
He's apparently going back to teaching in Bloomington after having taught there in the 90's. He'll be coordinating his courses with some other instructors so he should expect a call from the team lead instructor. Oh, and he had to look for a house, which he found. Would you like the course number of the specific course they were discussing? Because I can give that to you.
Jfam, people. There are co-working spaces if you want to conduct your business out loud and in public. Although I am guessing that even there they do not expect you to impose your crap on other, disinterested parties who may be trying to accomplish work of their own.
