One of you posted something that made me think there must be some kind of PB&J food truck? It should have daily selections of jams and jellies, crunchy or smooth nut butters, and choices of bread. For full hipster cred, it must all be at least one of the following: artisanal, locally sourced, or organic.
Beverage choices should be various milks: whole, skim, soy, almond, rice; plain or chocolate. Cow milk should be grass-fed, non-homogenized, low temp pasteurized for full hipster cred.
Specials should include a fluffernutter variant (this is marshmallow fluff instead of jelly/jam), and a peanut butter and fresh sliced banana (no jam/jelly) variant. Condiments should include honey for people who like that on their peanut butter sandwiches.
What else am I missing? Should there be peanut butter ants on a log? Carrot sticks? Some sort of juice or juice drink as an alternative beverage?

Ah, right. Perhaps there should be a peanut butter and bacon sandwich.
