Offs.

Offs. To answer the question in the article (What should patients do?), ignore it. This article, itself, is full of why this paper doesn't merit this headline. Not to mention all the things wrong with the paper and why it probably isn't clinically applicable to anybody. Unless you are a malpractice lawyer looking for people to class action sue. In fact, if I can ever find the paper itself, I'm probably still going to wonder why it was able to get published at all.

Edit: Oh, and their own link to something else about this? Heart failure and heart attack are NOT the same thing, nor is a generic heart disease, which could mean several things. Ugh. So sloppy.
