Yeah, so, that sounds like a compliment you'd give a great orator. I mean, if a great orator is simply someone good at manipulating crowds then this is definitely your guy. If there's supposed to be some content, or thought, purpose, or structure, then no, this is not great oratory. It's a repeated catechism of nonsense.

And in TV interviews, he sometimes offers tips on matters including lighting and chair placement, with an intuitive sense of what makes for good TV.
Iow, he's an instinctively good bs artist and manipulator. Got it. Also, probably qualified to produce a TV show.
