How is it that I have had both hot and cold beverages made with almond milk at restaurants and they have been delicious? Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover what I bought at the store.

Yeah. I looked up how much sweetener is in sweetened almond milk. Yikes. Guess it takes a lot of sugar to cover up the taste of those thickeners, which I'm pretty sure is why it tastes so awful.
