I want to say something more thoughtful, detailed, and profound, because this is a thing that lurks in the background of every profession I can think of and it's absolutely a problem in the workplace, but probably not in the obvious ways you'd first think of. But I'll keep it short.

Basically, Mike Pence's rules about not being alone with women scream about the fact that society is still wallowing in 2000+ year old attitudes about men and women and sex and it is absolutely more harmful to women that this is the case.
