So, not a holdover from Obama, not an unqualified success, and they did kill civilians. And it is being used in propaganda against the US. This administration was in place for barely a week and they managed this. Plus they managed to lose equipment, injure several SEALs and get one killed. I'm pretty sure this is not how this is supposed to work.

At first report, it does seem to have been a less than optimal situation, but always hard to tell. Hard to tell also exactly what this signifies, in terms of how the GOP Pres. Trump thinks and operates. I think after the next few such operations, we should have a clearer picture.
ReplyDeleteThey called it a "success" and originally claimed no civilians were killed. Also claimed it was an Obama op, which it turns out it may not have been. Not judging the military or intelligence aspect of it, not qualified. Am judging the nonsense they keep spouting.
