One of the unfortunate places I am realizing my mom is having a negative effect on me is my dreams.

One of the unfortunate places I am realizing my mom is having a negative effect on me is my dreams. She had a thing yesterday evening and then got pissed off because it's what she does and then I had a horrible dream/nightmare and realized when I woke up that I was channeling my mom's anger. Great. I really need to reexamine my life choices.
