I'm gonna guess their working conditions are not so awesome. Their pay works out to $4,800 to $60,000 annually. They are asking for $41,040 to $112,800. While I don't know what the economy in Kenya is like, I kind of doubt they are asking for something completely ridiculous. Plus, if that's what the doctors get paid, I can't imagine how little the nurses get.
