The clip of this that's been going around is just about the only video from last night I've been able to stomach. I have no idea how he didn't just punch Corey Lewandowski in his shitty nazi face and be done with it.
ReplyDeleteWell, he's been an interesting person himself, at times, but maybe it's just a decision to behave with class and dignity. It's unlikely to be a description ever applied to Lewandowski.

ReplyDeleteI was not, until this election, really familiar with Van Jones, except for some vague sentiment that he had pissed off the right wingers in some way. Probably by existing.
But I've seen him sit in several panels now, and while I know little to nothing of substance about his politics, I admire the living shit out of his eloquence and his empathy and resolute struggle for fairness, and his overwhelming humanity. I detest Jeff Lord, the head on the other side of that clip. Jeff Lord is the superficial appearance of depth, smooth and polished, and Jones just shut him down. I've never seen the man look even a tiny bit ashamed except that very clip.
(This does not redeem him.)
Lewandowski, though. There's another clip from right near that segment where Lewandowski made it pretty clear that winning only made him angrier. It was before the race had been called and Lewandowki was spewing about how Clinton had to give a concession speech right that moment.
Lewandowski can eat shit and fall septic.
I haven't seen video but I saw several people saying last night that at one point Van Jones basically had to shut down Lewandowski for being a shitty winner. Because of course he fucking would be.
