  1. A habit I have gotten in to, when reading something interesting that I don't know much about from a source I am not familiar with is to randomly Google some of it hoping I'll find firmer corroboration or contradiction. Keeps me honest, I hope.

    So I did that with the Leeper v Arlington case, especially since that section was terribly written and unclear. (Which side did Sharpe represent? Which side won? Which side's attorney did Rushdoony "destroy" and how did he do it?)

    And I found an article I won't link to from Breitbart, reporting that Governor Abbott of Texas declared June 9 to be Leeper Day, last year.

    ...Yeah.

    Sometimes even a thoroughly disreputable source (Breitbart) provides knowledge.
