  1. So: on the one hand, having your seniors on a separate kind of insurance is bonkers anyway, right? Recipe for serious cost overruns on that particular kind of insurance. On the other hand, I could see a case for seamlessly switching people over. Convenience is King and all. On the gripping hand, wtfbbqover are they doing "seamlessly" switching people to plans with less coverage? That isn't seamless, you fucking numpty.
