Hey, guess what? Most of my dad's ability to taste is still gone, but he actually almost tasted some strawberry jam, some lentils, some cilantro, and some vinegar over the last few days. This is huge for him. I hope it's not a tease and a measurable portion of his ability to taste comes back.
