Doing the same thing as always, and getting soup instead of a gloopy emulsion, is never not confusing. I blame defective eggs. That's a thing, right?
ReplyDeleteMost of the time when it happens to me I was too careless with adding the oil. And then the egg rescue thing totally does work, if you're careful about it.
