I just saw an interview clip with a young woman who was evacuated. "Well, it's a disaster and they were terrible and wouldn't let us get any of our things. Now we have nothing." Well, it happened extremely fast, and some people did try to at least get any critical papers, or a change of undies, or money because, you know. But I'm sure this is a case of just overwhelmed.
