Apparently there are concerns about an oldie but a goodie. Difference being we seem to have an existing effective vaccine, just not as much as we might need. I'm thinking that this would be a good time to go back and really reinforce the whole screens on windows, treated mosquito netting, no standing water public health initiatives. Although this would seem to have gone past the point of that being sufficient.
