Well, it's a good thing there was a recall on my car. P.S. NC DMV did not screw up, but NY DMV did, and it would not have been caught if not for this recall. So I get to find out how to get all the paperwork fixed on Monday at the DMV, where I will be very annoyed with them if they charge me money for their screw-up.
