Apparently Yotam Ottolenghi has made some cooking/travel shows. And I can't figure out how to get to watch them all. These are the only episodes, one each from two different series, that I can find online in any form. It's not that I want to slavishly copy his stuff, but these two are super informative about things for which I have no prior input.
Like, I knew there was this pastry called brik, but only that it was sort of like phyllo. I had no idea what they did with it, or that it was street food. And the homemade harissa. Apparently, it can be as basic as dried chiles, garlic, and salt through a meat grinder. So, yeah, I want to see the whole set of series!
