Apparently the bribes/pressure/inducement from the main party have had an effect on Dr. Carson. Which seemingly makes no difference to anything that will deter Trump's path, but whatever.
Well, possibly also the crushing realization that hundreds of thousands of people chose to vote for everyone else on the first big primary day and that, no, there will be no Carson Surge, now or ever.
