At some point, I will have eaten too many tums. Also, they do not help with the dizziness.

  2. No. It did occur to me to try drinking more water, as I really hadn't been drinking my usual amounts. In fact, I kind of wasn't eating yesterday until I made myself eat something. No appetite from stress. The sad tummy is a lot partly due to stress, too, but not eating on top of it doubtless didn't help. I will probably start taking some ranitidine if that is going to continue (the stress tummy).
