Having sampled several of their products and visited their tiny little home base, I can say that I definitely approve. This is tasty chocolate with a nice texture. Plus, the bars are $6 at their place, $7 elsewhere, so measurably less expensive than more nationally known bean to bar types. They even sell a 99% baking bar, which I am seriously considering using next time I bake something with chocolate.
