New Year's Eve dinner - pan seared scallops on lemon garlic fettucine in a tarragon avgolemono sauce with a side of mixed microgreens dressed in a vinaigrette with grape tomatoes and sweet corn.
Dessert was a homemade Sacher torte - Valrhona chocolate and full-on hipster apricot jam from trees I nurtured, apricots I picked, and jam I made. Ok, I didn't grow the sugar cane and refine the sugar. To be posted later.
