Dinner - Main was wild walleye pike, probably from Lake Huron around here, in a sauce made from orange juice, orange zest, shallots, garlic, capers, diced tomatoes with juice, and chunks of roasted pimentos from this summer. Sauteed thinly sliced shallots and minced garlic a bit in olive oil before adding everything else. Sprinkled a little onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried oregano on the fish before adding it the the pan.

Side was an old Jacques Pepin recipe for braised leeks in tomato vinaigrette. You can find it on the weebs.
