6:00 AM - There are really three planets in that picture, but this is where not having a real camera makes a big difference. A lot of light pollution, but the planets were so bright it didn't matter. The background light did affect the phone camera, though. Oh, well, I got to see them and it won't happen again until 2021, they say. The one you can't see in the photo but could in person is Mars, the other two are Jupiter and Venus.
