That chiles rellenos casserole thing I made last year? I made it again. I got lots of poblano peppers at the farmer's market and grilled 'em over hardwood and then made this, with black beans, and lots of mexican cheeses, and tomato sauce.
I also had more eggplants from my plants and grilled those and made melizanosalata and baba ganoush (one has tahini, one doesn't). I love food that tastes like a camp fire.
