The lady who taught me how to make strudel has graduated from Farmers and other Markets to a storefront! They had their grand opening today. It's adorable. They bought one of the remaining little houses in a super artsy/trendy part of the city and turned the main floor into a bakery and storefront and turned the upstairs into their new home (I hope they soundproofed it well - it's a noisy, busy place, esp at night and on weekends). They did repaint it, so it doesn't have the color scheme shown in the photo.
