ReplyDeleteI try not to put celery in anything :/ .
ReplyDeleteIf, for some strange reason, I had some celery I would put it in a tuna salad or possibly a chicken salad. but something about celery in an egg salad seems wrong.
ReplyDeleteI will put celery seeds, but celery is barf.

ReplyDeleteThe only time I enjoy it is when I eat it with peanut butter. I think I like the center pieces, but the rest... Bleh. Tastes like dirt.
ReplyDeleteI love celery. #spreadsheet
ReplyDeleteI don't actually mind the taste so much, but I have a serious textural aversion to it.
ReplyDeleteMy husband hates celery in general, but I do put celery salt, which seems to add a similar flavor without the texture.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty much with Matt Schaefer. I did specifically mean using the stalks of the veggie, as opposed to leaves or seed for flavor. I like having the crunch in tuna or chicken salad. I just really don't like it in egg salad.
