You know what a sure way to not get my business is?
1. Misrepresent to me when I ask detailed, specific, and particular questions more than once before agreeing to use your services.
2. Get obviously annoyed and irritated when I question things when I am picking up what you were supposed to have worked on.
3. Keep not answering my questions but acting like you are, then finally out of frustration give me some information that makes it very clear you misrepresented your original answers.
4. Act as if there's something wrong with me for not wanting to pay you until you either courteously answer the questions I've actually asked, or, better yet, do what you were supposed to have done.
IF you manage to fix enough of what you screwed up I might only write a critical review on Yelp.
