    I just don't see that much difference between the befores and afters. Seems like a lot of work when the before pictures were all great.

    It's amazing, if you look, how many of them suddenly have different noses, or slimmer waists, or whiter teeth, or fuller hair, or thigh gaps. Like you said, it's not like you look at the original pictures and think those things all need to get changed on these women. It's surprisingly insidious, but I guess that's kind of the point. The thigh gap is possibly my favorite, because you realize it's anatomically impossible on the average person, and yet you think the re-touched photo is normal if you don't have the original next to it.
