Did I mention a few weeks ago, when it was still consistently well below freezing for the umpteenth day month in a row, I found what looked like a carpenter bee crawling around in the house? No bee could have been functioning at the outside temperatures, so it is extremely improbable that it came in on someone's coat, or what have you. Yet, if it was hiding in the walls, it should have been warm enough for it to appear much sooner. We have only seen the one. I am still nervous that when it stays consistently warm we will find some horrifying nest in the walls and I will be very, very sad.
