The subject lines on some of my research emails are getting a little click-baity. Jump Your Way to Stronger Bones is what was on the link. The actual title of the article was Kids can jump, skip, spring, and run their way to stronger bones.
"Using your bones while they're still growing makes them grow stronger"? Film at eleven.

Yeah, I didn't read it. There may be some additional specific science, but the click bait aspect of the title was like, facepalm.
