See, sometimes I want hipster burgers. But I was trying to find just a really good, plain 'ol burger joint, and it was like pulling teeth! Everywhere I looked, every way I looked, all I got was lamb with mint, duck with sauce, pig with feet. I finally found an article from like 2009 and then made sure the places they listed were still open and went to one near me. Which, may I say, serves an excellent beef burger on an excellent bun.
