Per tonight's experiment in cookery, omg, Never using Thai Kitchen coconut milk again. Ugh. Was trying to find a brand without the preservatives, and all this had was guar gum, but a) it was like water (not buttah, wattah), and b) the texture was only describable by sounds I find difficult to transcribe. There was certainly an element of gluey in there, probably due to the guar gum. But this was supposed to be the full fat, not low fat stuff and Where's My Fat At? I live in fear that I may never find anything full fat without horrible chemicals. I haven't even begun to try to avoid cans lined with BPA!
