Gee, I'm sure this has nothing to do with the elections coming up. My best 80th hand information at this point is that he was setting up computers or some such in West Africa. He got a fever and diarrhea when he came back, they put him in the hospital, he tested negative x 2 for ebola and is healthy. Nonetheless, he is under quarantine, at home now, and there's a policeman at his door to make sure.
