Remember last year I posted a picture of the nectarine tree with all the fruit on it (linky)? Well, the squirrels weren't the only problem, but they were the biggest one, and they finally managed to kill the tree. Between stripping anything that looked like it would turn into fruit, and breaking branches off because they were too heavy for the branches to support (fat squirrels), it died. I hadn't posted them, but these are pictures I took of the tree blossoming this spring. RIP.
