I am super-looking-forward to this. Legally required opt-in! Opt-in must be CONFIRMED by AN ACTUAL ACTION (a pre-checked checkbox that the user just didn't uncheck doesn't count)! Toothy delicious fines!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't go nearly far enough - there's too many exceptions for my taste - but it's a GREAT FUCKING START.
