Have I mentioned the piriformis? I can't remember. Anyway, I am eyeing my own personal foam roller, so I can use it anytime. Also, likely to acquire tennis ball for similar purposes.
We had a foam roller class at the office about a year ago. It was excellent. However, our Pilates instructor brought in exercise balls used basically the same way, but I actually liked them better because you could target smaller areas than the roller, but larger areas than you would want to get at with a tennis ball (like that space inside your hips that we discussed before). It was kind of the best of both worlds.
Inspired by a different thread - Farfelkugel, the multilayered horse name joke in "Robin Hood, Men in Tights". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLtk_VfbKzU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLtk_VfbKzU
