Overly ambitious food making plans for this week:
1. Prosciutto wrapped cod with braised leeks, tomatoes, and fresh fava beans.
2. Spring onion, leek, chive tart with goat cheese (I'd use kashk, but have no idea where to get it around here) and herbs.
3. Tabbouleh, or something like it, to use up the leftover ingredients from the above recipes.
