Jian Ghomeshi has this radio show called Q on CBC. It has a cultural hall of shame segment, which is a comedy bit satirizing something current, usually. There's this rule that Canadian broadcasters have to air a minimum percentage of Canadian content. Well, according to the hall of shame segment, there are apparently 3 porn TV channels in Canada, all of which are failing to meet the minimum percentage of required Canadian content, and therefore, presumably, may have to stop broadcasting.
I know, it isn't funny written out, but it really was listening to it in the car. I wish I could find a link to just that segment.

Ok. This isn't the Q segment, which was humorous and lighthearted, and basically SFW, but it is another humorist on the topic, if it's not so lighthearted and verbally NSFW.
