Well, the doctor just did something poor for the first time, and let me tell you, my response if I were the patient (and capable of speech) would not be polite. I know this because my mom called and asked me to confirm something. This is one time I would not really feel like holding my mom back if she was in a mood to go off on someone. She won't as a first response. Ranting elsewhere.
