Awesome!

Awesome! The snow is ending and the weather is warming into the 40's. Concurrent with which it will rain and then drop right back into the 20's so ice dams can form and we can have flooding. This is where schadenfreude comes into contemplating how the areas most likely to be affected are places where only the wealthy can afford to live, lol.
