TIL that fresh caught Copper River salmon (in season, obs) is Zomg so good. It is so good, I would pay the $30/lb. It is so good, if I knew how to prep it raw, that is the only way I would ever eat it. If you ever have the chance You Must Eat This.
P.S. had it free, raw, prepared by the Shangri-La's head chef, and served with a high end genuine oolong in full Chinese tea service. The tea is more expensive than the salmon. It would be so nice to be well-off and live like this.
