Have I mentioned the plumbing problems?
Have I mentioned the plumbing problems? Because I have just returned to something with which I am not pleased on multiple levels. Not least of which is that the landlord's stand-ins seem consistently to be bothered by having to actually be called upon to stand in. Furthermore, is it entirely outside the realm of possibility that plumbers should have to prevent or clean up their dirty shoe prints, replacement parts, and possibly even bits of sewage? Or is one supposed to expect that, in spite of someone supposedly being there to supervise, one returns to sewage, parts, and other interesting things left for one to clean oneself? What the hell is the point of renting, if you have to take care of this yourself (not just the cleaning up the mess part, but the having to be there yourself to supervise part)?
Ew.
