I need a professional consultation from a professional about professional behavior and colleagues, stat.

I need a professional consultation from a professional about professional behavior and colleagues, stat.  Something, which I am pretty sure is NOT MY JOB, but I am confirming this formally, is angering me in large and significant ways, but I do not want to create more problems for myself in the process of standing up for myself. Capital crimes are, therefore, not an option.  So I need input.

    I would like to help, but my response to unprofessional work environments, historically, is to cry a lot and then quit.
