There is nothing polite I can say to express my current circumstances and how I feel about them. I suppose it is a good thing I am not the hulk.

I would suggest you don't fret about constraining yourself to the "polite", but sometimes the ranting doesn't actually accomplish anything except leaving one tired and with a much more crystallized view of what sucks, so maybe I'll not suggest anything at all.
