I am not doing any of the things I should be doing. Then there's the deflatable pancakes incident from this morning. They poofed up on the griddle, and promptly collapsed upon removal. Very disheartening.

My mom is mad at me because I do not wish to allow her to force some sort of birthday celebration on me that she wants for my birthday. What I want for my birthday does not include fake 1950/60's sentiment and trappings and at least 2 hours of my life dancing through someone else's uncomfortable hoops and spent making someone else happy. It's my gd birthday. #momzilla

- locked - Fuck life, the universe, and everything. My dad has lost his sense of taste, which is a thing that can happen with head and neck radiation. Yeah, this is what he needs. P.S. Not an area of science anybody spends much time or money on. There's a perception and understanding gap as to why a sense of taste would have anything to do with survival or quality of life.
